He doesn't play well with others it seems.

The villages own the rec centers and pools. There are restrictions in your deed, I'm sure one of them is Thou shall not act like an idiot.

Don't worry. If he's a felon, it is illegal for him to possess guns.

manaboutown 07-20-2016 09:21 AM

And without knowledge of the petitions made in his lawsuits I cannot judgment comment

I don;t believe that people want to be unhappy but rather they do not know how to be happy. Perhaps if not a medical condition, then perhaps whatever tragedy(s) that came into his life he has not been able to properly process it. He appears to be in a lot of mental pain. He needs professional help and I say that with great empathy for this guy. I pray there is someone in his life looking out for him. Having said that its clear people should not have to carry his burdens or be subjected to his rants, etc

For most of us life is sorrow so we understand that when joy enters our life we grab hold of it quickly and hold it as long as we can

Good point! put i am still wondering what he is so ****ed about?

Why not counter sue this guy for legal expenses if his suits are frivolous? What if Lady Lake decides they want to ban him from driving on their roads? Strange.

there are no frivolous lawsuit laws in Florida like other states. this is why auto insurance and umbrella's are so costly in Florida.
In another words if you Bring frivolous lawsuits in other states the defendant can sue back for attorney fee,s

Here we go again !

From the other Villages news source

A 79-year-old Villager has been arrested for the third time this year for trespassing on Villages property.

Richard Hendricks was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Friday at Spanish Springs Town Square by Lady Lake police.

Hendricks has been barred from all Villages property.

After Hendricks was arrested in July when he showed up at the Orange Blossom Hills Country Club swimming, The Villages sent him a followup letter reminding he was barred from all facilities.

He was also arrested in March after showing up on Villages property.

He is free on $1,000 bond after being booked at the Lake County Jail.

Upon reading about terrible disasters that happened I often wonder if there was any forewarning.

Some folks behave outside the perimeters of what is considered normal behavior, but that in itself is not actionable.

Nor have we been raised to be intolerant of those that are emotional or mentally ill.

Sometimes there are problems with no easy solutions, so most of us fall back on common sense and try to avoid the problem if we can.

And pray. Some of us pray.

There does not seem to be cause for that. He has to be a danger to himself or others.
