Suzie Casta - Tony Barck did you see?? | Facebook The last time we were there for a preview in July, we made friends with a couple that lives on the same street as him. We love the location and their house. They are considering buying another home in TV in the future and we are planning on moving there in about 18 months. It was a great match for all of us and we will be the first people they notify instead of going through a realtor when they want to sell their home.. With all that I have read about this guy, it would definitely give me pause of buying a house on that street if he is still living there at the time. With a simple search you can find this guy has been arrested by Lake County 8 times since 2007. We had a similar experience many years ago with a next door neighbor here in NC and after she was arrested 6 times for threatening a coworker. She was finally thrown in jail and sold her house. It is strange to walk outside your house and see 6 police cars in front of and around your neighbor's home and her being perp walked to a cruiser. It was even weirder to go for a walk and run into her since you never knew how she would react. I don't want to knowingly move into a neighborhood with a person like this residing within a stone's throw away. We will have to see the circumstances when we get the call from them that they are ready to sell. |
Today's online news reports that the Town of Lady Lake's "vexatious litigant" Richard Hendricks has filed suit against Villages Director of Recreation John Rohan and head of the Entertainment Department Brian Russo because he has been banned from Villages activities. He is seeking $4,999 in damages.

Sounds like he's more than a few short of a dozen. Obviously needs some serious help.

Based on the monetary award he's seeking I think he represents himself. |

Not that I advocate any violence but Nucky is on to something here.
I have seen where associates of Rocco & Vito LLP have successfully intervened in a calm and professional manner to stop offensive behavior. Sorta like the scene from the Sopranos where Tony educates a young man that wearing a hat in a restaurant is innapropriate. |
