Default Tierra del Sol course to close this summer for maintenance

This summer for maintenance....Boy, that is going to kill dining room...We should all make a concerted effort to dine at restaurant during this period...Sure feel sorry for restaurant owners when they have to "keep things going" when traffic is less than desirable...

Jeannie...are they remodeling or shutting down during that time due to decreased traffic?

Default Hi Gracie

Dining room staff showed concern over closing and hoped that members would not forget them, which makes me assume (you know how to spell that word) that they will stay open...

Only the golf course is closing for repair and renovation of the greens.

Why didn't I see that in the first post. The course NOT the restaurant.

I'm SORRY.

Maybe they should only close one hole at a time and let players play one of the 17 holes twice. OK its a boy joke I just could not resist

Better yet just close one hole at a time like you mentioned and play the 19th hole twice.

Not positive of the closing date but I believe I was told mid April time frame. They are hoping to re-open in October but that depends on any delays that might be encountered.

...yes he does. But that's about it. The rest of the restaurant (food & staff) could really use the down time for a top to bottom change. Just my (experience driven) opinion.

We had some great liver and onions at Tiera Del Sol one Thursday evening last fall. One of our group mentioned that the restaurant could use a facelift. I agree and seems like this would be a good time for redecoration and a remodel of the restaurant.
