Default Landscaping regulations

We are new to the Villages and wondering where we can find a list of landscaping regulations. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The only "landscaping regulations" are within your deed restrictions which are written by district. I assume you familiarized yourself with the restrictions before you closed.

And once you've read through your deed restrictions, you will next probably want to read about Florida's laws on xeroscaping. "By following Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ practices, homeowners use a low-maintenance approach to landscaping that conserves water." Read: https://www.swfwmd.state.fl.us/news/article/1288/
