We agree. We came to FL from Western Arizona where time never changes (not a metaphor) but we lived in other western states first. We liked it better than changing time twice a year. Although it was a little odd being in one time zone for half the year and another for the other half, they call it "Arizona time".

We lived in Lake Havasu City, which is a retirement area with people from all over the country. Everyone that we knew preferred it, even locals with school-aged children.

Come to think of it, "locals" is a misnomer. A LOT of younger people in AZ and NV came from CA where it is more expensive to raise a family.

Lot's of stuff in this life is needlessly annoying -- like that silly way our planet keeps wobbling back and forth, and that stupid water that falls from the sky periodically. If people get their wish and we stay on DST, you will not get your 8:00 am tee time in the winter months!

:undecided:The problem are the time zones are vertical and axis is not…time zones should align with axis. O wait I forgot the summer and winter sclerosis?
