I hope this isn’t bogus! it’s a great idea! Agree that people without ID’s need to be managed out of amenities including pickleball and softball fields. I’d add that contracts for just about everything from electricity line poles to flowers be examined for economies and duplications.

Other than April fool I wouldn’t used Portillos, there is financial issues, delete construction manager, insert Chaper 9, or 11. May or may not be built, now.

Harry and the natives isn’t construction manager…. delete and replace with Permits Department.

Why not issue windshield stickers to prove villagers can park legitimately and issue fines for those who park in our spaces without?

Ha Ha! This would be great idea and maybe our amenity fees would go down, or at least not go up and services preserved. Like another governmental program, it’s all about preserving what homeowners (citizens ) deserve and need,
