If they're pushing it, they make a lot of money on it. You have to look at if there's a service charge per visit

$50 per year - not $600 per year. And it's equipment breakdown which includes A/C systems, heat pump as well as appliances. Also, if a power surge or lightning strike fries several pieces of equipment, they can all be combined into one breakdown.

My OPINION. As I understand the post 500 deductible. A TV is not much more than that, possibly less depending. A computer a rebuilt computer is less than the deductible. They are asking you to pay 600 for this coverage for a year.

Does not sound like anything I would consider. The post implies you too think it is a poor deal.

Washer died last November. I bought a new Amana washer, high efficiency, large capacity, delivered, set up from Home Depot on their Black Friday sale for about $300.

Bought a used Ford from Car Max a few years ago, with. $1400 extended warranty. The warranty paid for some struts and a starter, and a couple of other things. It saved me about $1400.

A friend has a maintenance policy from Broward, it paid off when his AC was damaged by a storm. Other than that, I have never seen extended warranties that were worth the price.
