I sometimes wish it was louder myself.

It is too loud, no question about it. Quantity over quality.

Music played too loud is simply noise, frequently to cover lack of talent.

If one's ears are ringing upon leaving a "music" venue, one has lost some hearing due to the high decibels experienced whether it was a pleasurable experience or not. Was it worth it?

My husband approached the man in the sound booth and asked why the music was so loud and the man said "I'm sorry, I can't hear you"....my husband said "precisely the issue". We used to enjoy going to the town squares each night, but even when we sit across the street, it's so loud we can't even talk to each other.
I agree, I rarely go. Only have one ear and the one I don't have has tendinitis, the louder the crowd or music the louder the buzzzzzzzing and I can't hear Shyt! Don't want to ruin my good ear

Want some real noise? compared to F111 in zone 5 afterburner, B1 in afterburner, B52D all 8 in MRT with water injection, or F105 afterburner screech on trim pad. . But that not what got my ear?

Singing generally means happiness. Who can argue with that?
