There are new signs across from Pinellas Plaza on 466A in the open field stating that the new "Tradewinds Village" is coming. Does anyone know anything about this. Is it a new shopping center in addition to Pinellas Plaza? Maybe Publix???

Property currently owned by 2 families, Word and Beaumont, being used as pasture. has been re-zoned as commercial, business, residential, multi-family,and nursing home use. Infrastructure plans have been approved, and a financial commitment has been made for a sewer line from Wildwood. No land sold, no leases signed, and no permits have been applied for yet, but we can assume the pastoral view will go away soon.

I will miss hearing those cows mooing and lowing. I can hear them from our house off of Tamarind Grove Run.
