Question Traditional Yoga Anyone?

Am looking for a yoga practice with traditional asanas/ poses...flow classes...have visited a couple sessions but there seems to be a disconnect from the typical yoga studio class. I understand the need for community and physical adjustments. Any suggestions within TV? Or do I look for a yoga studio elsewhere?

Try MVP, it costs money, but there are some good yoga classes at both Spanish Springs and Brownwood.

Also, Jeannie has some good classes on Monday and Friday afternoons at 1:30 and Thursday morning at Captiva.

Most of the rec center yoga classes are gentle yoga, good stretching but not much of a workout/challenge.

Jeanne teaches an intermediate class, but she's not at Captiva. She's at Sterling Heights.

Oops, Jeannie is indeed at Sterling Heights on Monday and Friday and Captiva on Thursday.

Appreciate the recommendation on Jeannie...I'll try to find her. I'm renting in the Spanish Springs area...but will drive for class. Have a good weekend...stay warm and dry.
