Default Yeaaaaaah! We bought in Summerhill!!!!!

After 6 straight days of house hounting we found the right home. We did everything backwards. sold our home in Ca first, came out to TV for very first time, hoping it was Shangri-La, found a house, and now we get to take a deep breath, with one and a half day left to really enjoy TV. Plan on going to the LSL square to hear the band tonight, meet more nice people.
Whew!!

Congratulations! Summerhill is one of the villages that we are interested in. Seems like a perfect location to me!

yes, our bank is so close, Publix, STeak and Shake (!), Walmart(I hear), fast food, and the healthy food market store.
we met people at Summerhill pool, very friendly, and one small group was celebrating a birthday. homes are about the same age as in some south villages (ours is 2003), but i think you might get more for your money, just cause it's north, i could be wrong i am so new!! we were able to get a ranch home turn key, and just had harder time in south villages finding something comparable.
Also very close to 466 going into LSL, though we get lost always!
Dog park and walking trail north of us, though we haven't ventured that way yet.

A friend of mine had moved from one place in TV to Summerhill. I believe it is close to shopping and very convenient is why they liked it. I am sure you will be happy too!!!!!!!!

In retrospect you will find you did it right.

I agree Summerhill is a good location. On the other hand I can't name a bad location.

I remember, PTurner, you told me "just get him on the plane!" Now my husband and I are shaking our heads, cause it's even better than what we expected out here. Can't wait to get back in December, and there's a million things to do in the meantime.
hope to meet a lot of you in Dec at Crispers (nearby our village!!!) or at least in Jan.

Welcome home. We have been in Summerhill for almost five years. We wouldn't move anywhere else.
