Originally I thought the amenities at The Lofts were for use only by Lofts renters. Now, Rohan says in the video they are open to all Villagers. Nice pool, table shuffleboard, and large screen TVs for group sports viewing parties!

looks like they've done a really nice job...wondering if the rec center and pool area will be big enough when they have full occupancy...there's a lot of apartments there

Wonder how many non-lofts residents will take advantage of the different amenities.

It's very nice but not very big, I doubt that anyone other than the residents will bother driving there to use the facilities as once the apartments are full there will be no poolside room

The kitchen is gorgeous. I can just picture a buffet set up on that semi-circular counter top. Very nice!
