Most streaming boxes and sticks are very easy to set up. You plug them into an HDMI input on the TV and follow the onscreen instructions. Have you tried to do it yourself?

Can you be more specific like what kind and make of streaming device like a Roku or Firestick?

You maybe be able to see a YouTube video on how to set it up our if you’re really having trouble and you live within reason to Palmers I would be glad to help.
