I called the radio station and they directed me to call the Daily Sun ( 352 753 1119). I did and they said they would look into it. I believe that if many like minded people called they would do something to delete the add.

Since you own WVLG can you hire me for a part time DJ gig? Have you heard of the First Amendment ?

I went to catholic schools with both nuns and priests , I can recall both telling us humerus stories using Jesus and others of the deity, people need to lighten up , I’m sure God likes a good joke also

OP! Please, tell us what was said and why it offends you. If you don't say what we shouldn't, then how will we all know how to avoid offending you?

OP's " one and done" post makes me think it was a troll and not serious or real. Just click bait.

I also agree with the OP, if they really don't want ads like that on the station, they - and everyone that agrees with them - should contact the station. If enough to, I expect the station will stop running those ads. And, I am cool with that too - our choice, we can express our displeasure with a company and not use it, but "they should be stopped" is not how this country is supposed to work.
Well said. I find to understand others the old likely fake quote applies-walk a mile in his moccasins. Sadly too many think we are right so anyone not we is wrong. The southern flag. Truth I did not, I could not understand why it bothered some. I am Jewish. To understand all I needed to do was to imagine it was a Nazi flag. A simple trick all need to honestly try it.

Re: the first amendment
For many, for too many, they think right to assemble, right to exchange ideas, right to print only applies if you agree with me.

True. Sadly, I watch an old Chinese movie, I see the swastika decorations. I have a moments emotional " hiccup" before I am back on track that it is Chinese and not Nazi I am looking at.
I believe that no matter what you do or don't do, someone will be offended. The world is populated with so many people with so many different ideas of how things are or should be that it is impossible to take a step without stepping on someone else's toes. Everyone has a chip on their shoulder just daring someone, anyone, to knock it off. Putting away my soapbox.

Or, it would lead to a everyone agreeing that it was nothing to worry about.

Yea, but I'm sure "He" (they?) wouldn't joke about alopecia. Oh, humerus is the bone in your upper arm that's located between your elbow and your shoulder but humorous is funny!

Even after proofreading and correcting changes that autocorrect made, I still sometimes end up having to edit things that got changed after hitting Submit Reply. That should not be able to happen, but it does.
Sometimes I believe AI knows more than we think it does and is playing games with us. World wide web, indeed. And we are like gnats dangling from threads thinking how in control we are.
Well, Good Night and pleasant dreams.

Nothing to be sorry about. I love watching for autocorrect (and human) typos. Some really funny and strange stuff results.

Dear Sparky25,
If your Christian values were offended by an advertisement by RV Swapshop broadcast on WVLG then I suggest you do not use the services of RV Swapshop and turn off WVLG. In this way you can shield your sensibilities while allowing others who may not share your ideals to persue their lives in a manner they see as acceptable.
With all due respect. Sincerely,
Fred
