Default If you are missing snow.

Jump a plane now.
I will let you sit on my porch , in my Carhartts, and make you Cocoa.
The ground is covered with snow. And tonight is the 1st super moon of the year. It will look like midday at midnight.

It’s a warming trend in Michigan 3*. If the sun comes out today snow will sparkle like diamonds. Nespresso coffee for anyone who stops by to see the pretty white snow.

There is nothing like a walk down the beach in the snow.

I vote for that! Had a special three-layer coat from Eddie Bauer that I used to walk the dog on our Lake Michigan beach. And of course big, clunky waterproof boots. Forget what they're called.

The coat was so oversized (so I could put more layers underneath) it fit our son, who proceeded to snatch it away to college in Maine.

Funny how fast withholding spending $ from a college kid can spring him to action.

It must be hard getting those three puppies outside for bathroom breaks!

Oh no. That is a gorgeous pair of what appears to be LLBean boots produced in Maine. I have a similar pair, minus the fur edging around the top.

Have a pair of those in my car every winter for emergencies in MI. Have no intention of bringing them when we move to FL

I have a Wellies knockoff (short form) for taking the dog out in the rain. Sloggers. They only failed during Irma.

Isn't there a generic name for those boots? I thought we had a name for them.
