7. ?
1. the land mass of Manhattan is 321 sq miles the Villages, not even close! - oops! that would be the whole city, Manhattan is actually listed as 31.2 sq miles including inland water or 22.6 without according to the NYC resources (not wikipedia which can be inaccurate as its' info is user contributed). so area wise it might be smaller but content in the same area....well nyc has light years more in the same space.
2. or 3. I'm guessing that these are pretty good guesses depending on sales, hew long to fill the large shopping area in the newest (Brownwood) areas with store vendors, the weather, the signs of the zodiac and whether or not the Earth will survive til then.
4. that's what we expect 10 are already up 9 are open and they say two more will be built
5. could be
6. I guess unless they decide to build on any instead.
7. regardless it's still a great place to live getting better.

Earlier this year I estimated the size of TV and tried to find someplace that was somewhat equivalent. I didn't keep any of the data I used since I only did it for my own curiosity, but the closest I could find was Hong Kong. I think that didn't include the new area below 466a.

According to 55places.com, the Villages area is 20,000 acres, which would be slightly more than 30 square miles.

Default Manhattan vs TV

Wow! If indeed Manhattan is 22.96 sq.miles and TV is 30.09 sq., definitely TV is bigger than the Big Apple. Wonder where would Mid Town be in comparison.

Continue with true or false
7. There are currently 35,000 homes in TV
8. When completed, there will be between 50,0000 to 55,000 homes.
9. When completed there will be over 100,000 people living in TV
10. TV will then become the 5th largest community in Florida
11. About 400 homes are sold every month in TV
12. TV is a community with gates and not a gated community
