Default TV buying more property

A friend of mine sent me an email about tv buying 353 Acres along RT# 44 for more development. Has anyone else read this? I thought they were in there last phase?

Makes sense. Why quit making money as long as you can find more land to build on?

As long as people buy the homes and merchants lease/buy the commercial leased spaces, they are giving their approval to the developer to proceed.

Just filled up today on a new 2013 Yamaha got 47 mpg. Not to shabby.

If you look at the big map there are a few other areas that TV needs to block out the whole perimeter.

I just bought my 2013 Yamaha as well. But if The Villages is expanding out to Wildwood, we may need a tank the size of my Tacoma Pre Runner!!!

This is really old news! Plus...didn't you wonder about all that land just east of the new square that is all wooded etc.??

Mixed-use!! That could mean stores folks! Restaurants and more! Not necessarily homes....

I agree, the Developer has owned this property for some time.
