Just got back to Virginia from TV. We spent four days touring and decided to put a deposit on a lot in the Village of St. James on Hopespring Loop. We hope it won't be too long before we can come back to make the final decisions on the Seabreeze cottage that will be built on it. Loved every moment we were there and can hardly wait to make it our home.

So happy for you! We also live in VA(Richmond) and put money down on a lot in ST. James last October. A week ago we went ahead and finalized our plans and we are closing on July 26th! What a great choice you made with the Seabreeze!

Congratulations Boobear!! Like Linda, we bought a lot in October and are now in the process of building. We close on June 23 and can't wait to get back to TV full time. Hope to see you in St. James sooner rather than later.

The lovely Diane and I found Hopespeing Loop and Tamarind Grove to be a very attractive area when we toured it over and over again last winter.

We are now among the group known as "those that patiently wait" as we have listed our home "up-north" and await a buyer before we can buy in TV.
