Default TV Expanding Again?

The Sept/Oct POA Bulletin, (page 8), claims that in September, two executives, Gary Lester, (VP for Community Relations), and Gary Moyer, (VP of Development), met with Fruitland Park residents.

TV would acquire 760 Acres to build 1,972 new homes and Gary Moyer said they were in the due diligence period and expects to complete the acquistion in a few months.

Read you Sept/Oct edition for complete article.

Question....will this be "just like" the community here?? Will they have golf-cart accessibility to us? I've heard conflicting reports regarding this community.

Who would buy "in the villages" without golf cart access?

When the buildout is completed, they will probably figure out how to build tree-houses with a golf course view.
