in unit 237 on Hillsborough Trail golf "Egret" front and water front lots you can pick any model to build, there are some things you can customize.

Not 100% like two years but at least there are some choices in building.

Beats looking at one already built with features you don't want or like

their were cars with customers picking lots all weekend in Dunedin. Seems like most folks were picking out ones along evans prairie cc. Even a sold sign posted on one lot.

We were lucky enough to find a house that checked all our "wants." It's been freeing not to have to worry about agreeing on all the details. I've come a long way from mourning the loss of my dream of a craftsman style home and instead look forward to a great lifestyle in a beautiful Florida style home. Can't wait to be a FROG in February!
