For the last couple of cycles it appears I've been billed by both the City of Wildwood AND the South Sumter Utility for water use at my home in Fenney. Both bills are paid by bank withdrawal so I didn't catch it until the second cycle.

I believe there is some sort of transfer of service between Wildwood and SSU but the details in any notices eluded me. Any ideas about what is going on with this? Thanks to the forum in advance.

Call your utility company they can explain your bill, better than some guessing

That is what I would do, apparently somebody owes you a nice credit.

agree, call the utility company and it will be straightened out

yet another reason I do not allow anyone to automatically take money directly from my bank accounts

There is no owed credit read your bill or call them the 2 different services are legit
