Default Key Villas Siesta model?

Has anyone seen this model? When you pull it up the floor plan and virtual tour are missing. Does it compare to another floor plan?

The Keys 'Siesta' stud built home is the same floorplan as the Savannah 'Broadmoor' masonary built home. The 'Bonita' is the same as the Foxglove, and you will see a lot more spec built Bonitas and Foxgloves for some reason. Basically those four are very similar and I've kind of decided that is one of the four we'll probably buy. I think the Broadmoor is my favorite but they don't build very many.

We have the Bonita. The lanai area is 15X 8' 8" verses both the Broadmoor or Siesta lanai's being 15 X 5' 4". Having a small table would not give you enough sitting room around the table. We have bearly enough with our liani being 3' 4" wider.

I also like my laundy area off the garage, which makes the one bedroom a little larger. We hit the laundy room with our shoes when we come in the house. Plus I have a pantry in my kitchen.

The 2 nice things I see with the Broadmoor and the Siesta is you don't have the sliding glass door in the master bedroom(but I look at that as a fire exit)Other than that, it restrick changing your bed around.

The other plus is both those models look like they have a seat in the master shower area, which I would Love to have in the Bonita.

Default Siesta pluses and minuses

We live in a Bonita - don't think they had the Siesta available when we bought in 2006, or at least we never saw it.

Recently went thru a Siesta open house in Buttonwood or St. Charles 3 or 4 weeks ago. The one we saw had a BIGGER lanai than our Bonita, but part of that might have been the birdcage part that was on this one. I wish our lanai was bigger.

Kitchen in the Bonita is larger, and we also like the laundry near the garage - also it's a bigger laundry room, can put stuff on both sides of the door. We added cabinets over the w/d and also have a 2nd fridge next to the laundry tub on the opposite wall, and have coathooks on both sides of the door and a shelf over the 2nd fridge. As all we TVers know, storage is important here.

Master bedroom/bath was larger in the Siesta, so it's a tradeoff. I'd like to have the Bonita kitchen and the Siesta bedroom/bath, but if you have to choose (which you do), probably depends on how much you like to cook/entertain. I'd go for the bigger kitchen/pantry, but that's me. It is a really great kitchen, room also for a small table/chairs or a kitchen island cart.

You can fit a king size bed in the MBR of a Bonita but you have to give up a chest of drawers on the bathroom wall. We have a queen with 2 nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a TV armoire angled in the corner by the slider. Difficult to use the slider, wish it wasn't there.
