Default Vacant lot in front of Sweetbay "staked"

I was at Sweetbay this morning and noticed that they were "grading and staking" the vacant lot in front of Sweetbay. Anyone know or hear what are they preparing to construct or build on this vacant property??

agree with rshoffer...I asked a checkout clerk at Sweetbay a week or so ago and she said she 'thought' it was something like a mortgage services or financial office.

Default Sweetbay

I heard it was either a crematorium or a cemetery.

I agree with Skip! I cemetery for all of us "wanna be's". It is - 7 here now with a wind chill factor of - 30. A crematorium sounds warm! Soon to TV! Soon!

With the economy the way it is and stores being vacant in LSL, I find it hard to believe that they would be building a "Spec" building for retail space without having tenants already in mind or some how committed! Just does not seem to be the right space for professional offices

Default Strip

Maybe it's a "Strip Club", not a "Strip Plaza".

Do we generate nuclear waste in The Villages?

Oh, yes. We have our own sewage treatment plants that process digested Mexican food.

Skip.

Definately a Chippendale Club. They will be auditioning male dancers next week. ANy TOTV posters interested? Johnny can you get some pictures of that?
