The VHA pres, Roger Kass, has what I think is a really good and quite fair overview of the infamous settlement in today's Village Voice. I tried to find it on-line so I could provide a link. No luck yet, but maybe in a few days.

Anyway, contrary to what some might expect, Kass is very reasonable and gives, as he describes it, a limited layman's interpretation of what's happening. It provided a tad of new info and calmed a few qualms. It doesn't answer all questions, nor does it aim or claim to.

Worth a read.
