Has anyone tried vibration therapy at Goga Studios next to Bargains & Treasures?

When I google Vibration Therapy, I find that most websites are trying to sell some type of home vibration therapy equipment. If you're willing to share, I would be very interested in hearing more about the benefits of attending sessions at Goga Studio.

I've heard the name but have no idea what it is. Physical therapy? A gym? Please enlighten me.

Vibration Therapy studios have vibration machines that you stand on. Fro my research, there are many benefits to using them. The only concern that I have read about concerns eyes as some doctors are concerned that vibration may cause some detachment if you are susceptible to that. I know that if you stand on one, you can certainly see the vibration in your vision. There are various hoe machines too, but they may bot vibrate the same way or in the same frequency. Like most home gym equipment do your homework before you buy or it will become part of your yard sale!

this is a couple years old, says no benefits are proven and FDA has not approved as a medical treatment. I think I'll go stand by the railroad tracks and vibrate free.

I am at a loss to explain in any scientific way how being gently shaken could help you or hurt you, so being extremely skeptical and extremely thrifty, I would just keep my money.

Buy hey, if it works for you.

I just have to UNDERSTAND it first and I can't.

Default Whole Body Vibration Machine

As I posted and removed.... I have owned one for years. I love them!

Here is a link to the history of the machine.

http://www.wbvreviewed.com/whole-bod...ation-history/

I know that many chiropractors are putting them in their offices.

West Hartford Chiropractic - Chiropractor In West Hartford; CT; USA :: Whole Body Vibration FAQ's

I'm not sure why the FDA would post such a thing as the US has used them at NASA as well as with the Olympic athletes!

As a final note, my last visit to my doctor she was touting the machine!

They are in many work out studios for working out. However, I don't know that you can lose weight by standing on one.

After viewing a demonstration of the machines at the Marion Flea Market it was my opinion the best application for the machine in conjunction with gravity was for the relief of constipation.
