We bought on Silk Tree Road but have to sell our Miami home before we start construction. We are planning to visit the weekend of September 18 --anyone going to be there then? Would live to meet you!

Default Sanibel

We closed on our house in Hunters Creek on Friday and we are renting for a few months to make a decision. Sanibel looks lovely, does anyone know when the next village will start to sell lots?

What about more shopping along 466A? any news on that?

I hope this ends up on the right page --keeps going somewhere else -- we bought on Silk Tree Road but have to sell our home in Miami before we can start construction. We will be visiting again on the weekend of September 17. If anyone is going to be around we'd love to meet you.

Default we reserved a lot on Evesborough Way

Just put a reserve on a lot in Sanibel......now I'm really getting nervous. Someone said there were a lot of Illinois folks in Sanibel.....we are from Sterling, IL originally, but we've been living in Hunters Creek Orlando for 11 years.

Yep... There ARE a lot of Illinois people moving into Sanibel... that makes me nervous too!!! Oh wait... I'm from Channahon...

Welcome to Sanibel! We secured a lot in Sanibel and will be down in December to start the process of building!!! I'm nervous and excited. I've already gotten acquainted with many of my neighbors and they are AWESOME!!!!
