I noticed two WellPoint units (144 and 145) are listed on the City of Wildwood agenda for 25 March 2024. See section 2F and 2G on agenda. Looking at past history, The Villages will post lots for sale 2 or 3 months after Wildwood gives approval. Unit 144 looks like designer lots while 145 appears to be patio villas.

The agenda for the 25 March Wildwood City Commission meeting has changed. The WellPoint units are no longer listed.
