On the un named news site, I learned the Village resident who has been banned from all Villages facilities , was just arrested and held without bond for triple billing a snow bird who rented a property of his, he claimed he never received 2 $3000.00 rent checks which he cashed

Looks like he won't be a villages resident but a resident of a state facility after this move

I did see this and his photo ............. but, I am equally surprised that the renter paid for the same property three times without questioning this, even after the checks had been deposited.

yes the renter obviously handled it badly-however the scammer obviously needs locked up and put away-on the other unnamed site ,some posters expressed no sympathy for the victim which is very wrong-of course I'm used to reading on this site of posters blaming the victim too !
