Didn’t really miss the maps. Would prefer more frequent videos without maps.

Don mentioned in the video there's still a lot to do along Corbin/McNeil. The Wellpoint Postal Center is just starting. His most optimistic estimate was maybe in June.

Which may also be about when Shallow Creek/Boosters is anticipated to open and will need customer access.
You are correct on that being my most optimistic estimate. As for Boosters/SCCC, that road/access isn't needed so it is not a determining factor.

I don't "need" them either, but many are easily confused as to where everything is located in the new areas. Right now, I'm targeting every 2 weeks for a new video, more would be great but a lot of work. The flying is the easy and fun part, the research and editing drag into the late hours most every evening.

With 10 puppies to deal with for the next 2 months on top of the upcoming election in August, if I can maintain the 2-week interval it will be an achievement. I've started doing a live broadcast every Sunday at 3:00 PM to help fill some of the gap and if I get specific questions/requests about an area a few days in advance, I can usually get an extra flight in and show the video during the broadcast.

Thanks for watching.

The pups will be for sale starting in about 3 weeks, and going home on about 18 June. Once we cover our expenses, all profits are going to dog related charities - Joshua House Golden Retriever Rescue and Sanctuary, Mid Florida Golden Retriever Rescue, and a third one I’m still investigating to make sure they are a good choice.

A dog is a life long commitment for both the new owner and the seller, all new owners must agree that the dog is to NEVER go to a rescue or animal shelter and that if they are unable to properly care for the animal, for any reason, it is to be returned to me to receive the necessary care and rehoming.

If Costco is going in next to Hobbyloby, kudos to the Oxford Family who didn’t sell out to The Villages in years past!

If another Outback is coming to the area, hope it gets a different manager.

Are you sure that land isn't owned by The Villages?
