Have you ever contacted The Villages Customer Service Center? What was your experience? The latest issue of The Villages Magazine has an article (page 68) about Carrie Duckett the supervisor, and what services the center offers residents. Basically, the center functions like a concierge. Lost your gate card. Need the phone number of who to call in District Property Management, etc. They'll tell you how to do it or find who can.

Have used several times. Always helpful and friendly! If they do not know they will find the person to answer your quesions.
