So to directly answer the actual questions asked:
Anyone age 19 or older is allowed to purchase a house, and cannot be denied the right to purchase it based on age. But there are only two ways someone 19-54 years old is allowed to actually live in that house: 1. There is someone age 55 or older living there too OR 2. They fall within that 20% category of people who are allowed to live in a house in the Villages even though they're under 55. |

According to our sales agent, The Villages owns two areas that allow families that include kids under 19 to live there, but they are not considered to be part of The Villages. People in the family areas cannot access The Villages amenities.
