Default 12 Days to closing

This may be as good as Christmas. We are like little kids, all existed about the up coming day.

I don't blame you and it is so wonderful to finally LIVE in TV. We enjoyed it for five weeks and then we had to come up......(expletive deleted) NORTH to do Christmas. I really love Ohio, I don't love the bone chilling cold. Plus I am missing my exercise classes, painting classes, Euchre, Mahjongg, Bingo, Bunko and riding around in our silly red four seater golf cart that looks like a lemonade stand on wheels.

But anyway. Congratulations to you. May you enjoy every second in Paradise.

I remember the excitement we felt driving to TV to see the home we'd bought for the first time. (We bought it sight unseen). We felt exactly like kids at Christmas. Great feeling.

Congratulations Francesco. And it just gets better when you live here!

Who you kidding Frank (and Linda)? - You'll be at another closing by the end of January. This time it will be to buy a home in TV. Just looking - that's funny!
