Default Anybody in TV have a retractable screen, single door?

That would be a retractable screen door.

Where purchased?
Did you install yourself? If no did the place you bought it install it?

I am looking to get one and my research concludes they are not easy to install.

I talked to Lowe's home projects team and they want more than the cost of the screen to install it.

Are they as easy to use as many web sites would show them to be?

Do you like it and if you could do it over would you do it again?

We have had ours for 3 years. Installation done by them.

Michelle's Hide-Away Screens- (352) 236-8869
1001 NE 50th Ave. Ocala

Works well. Does not let bugs or anoles in.
Extremely easy to use.
Available in a variety of screen densities- for air flow/ privacy.
Can be power washed along with the house.
We spray the bottom track lightly with silicone spray, maybe 3-4 times a year-that's it.

Keep in mind that these screens will retract automatically, should a pet (or grandchild) push or lean into the body of the screen.
We do not have pets or grand babies, so it's great for us.
(I hate wrestling with a conventional storm door.)

We'd do it again.

We got ours from Michelle and they installed it. Have had it for 4 years and love it. It was worth the money. Very sturdy.

I have experienced them on other people’s houses and from that experience I would say if I had one you could have it.

We also used Michelle's Hide-Away Screens- (352) 236-8869.

Would not attempt it myself. I went to their website first and then called. The entire transaction / install was painless and very professional. Technician comes out, measures and explains the product. About 1 week later the custom made door is installed by the same tech. We've had it for 2 years. Works great. Highly recommend.

We've had ours for probably 7 years. Purchased and installed through Lowe's. This is one of the things I would never, ever, be without. Neat, rolls away into nothing, but when open it works. Would always purchase another, in fact I am looking at one for my back door.

My neighbor has a conventional screen door and a roll away. The conventional screen door is an absolute pain, has to be fiddled with to keep it open when you are coming and going, whereas the roll away just rolls back and forth as needed.
