My conclusion " Anytime " is " THE " Best Time "...

My favorite are those "buy gold" commercials that urge consumers to BUY GOLD NOW because it value is GOING THROUGH THE ROOF, or similar wording.

If that were true--then why are the people selling it not hanging onto it for dear life?
