The Citizens on Patrol for Speeders will start ticketing all vehicles that exceed 20 miles per hour. The first ticket will be 25$ and second and forward will be 75$. The Cops will work off a 30% commission rate, use their own golf cars, be equipped with radar guns, sirens, and use their own phone to capture pictures. The excess funds will be used to cover equipment costs, uniforms, food banks, and psychological evaluations for repeat offenders. Oh, yeah, gonna get real interesting. I can just see the little clipboard lady pulling over some big angry guy and writing him a ticket for 21mph on the MMP.

This program is being run by the developer as he was tired of people complaining about speeders. He will use the funds to demolish katie belles so nobody will complain.

If this works than they will target slowpokes.

I had heard that the sirens that will be used are different than the ones used by Law Enforcement.
The sirens provided in this wonderful program just play the theme song from the TV show COPS.
