Default Are all the Lifestyle Homes in Lake Sumter?

We had our first lifestyle visit in December and are planning another lifestyle visit in October. We stayed at a lifestyle home near Lake Sumpter.
We want to move near or in Summerhill when we move to TV.
Question: Are all the Lifestyle homes near Lake Sumpter or are there homes that might be closer to Summerhill?
Thanks!

talk to your realtor. our first visit was in lake sumter, and the homes were huge. our second visit was in a neighborhood in hemingway, which became the neighborhood in which we eventually bought. it was much more realistic, and allowed us to experience what villages might really be like if we relocated here. being housed at lake sumter was just too surreal, and not even close to reality!

seacoastbargain, If you want to experience life in or near Summerhill, you may want to consider a rental in or near Summerhill in October. In October last year I rented a wonderful patio villa in Summerhill for one week, but I understand the owner has since sold that villa. If you go on The Villages 4 Rent, Rentals in The Villages, you can select the Village you want to rent in. ****.com is another rental web site you might want to look at.

The closest villages to Summerhill north of 466 are Polo Ridge and Glenbrook. Just south of 466, the closest Villages to Summerhill are Tall Trees, Belvedere and Bonnybrook. Hope that helps.

i think instead of doing another lsv you should rent where you think you want to live...after all just driving thru and living there is a big difference...we thought we wanted to be lake sumter but quickly changed our mind

I have rented in The Villages 5 times since 2011 -- each time in a different Village (Chatham, Sabal Chase, Mira Mesa, Summerhill and Del Mar). I am hoping to do a Lifestyle Visit in October because I want to take advantage of the LSV's while they are still available, because once build out occurs (which I know is probably still 2 or 3 years away) I wonder if the LSV's will no longer be available?

I just like to do thing backwards .

Why don't you just rent a house in Summerhill. Would be much cheaper I bet.
