This is the No 1 rated resturant in St Augustine (Trip Advisor). Anyone been there and have an opinion?? Its for a special occasion and we know it is pricey but how was the food and service!

My family used to own a condo on St. Augustine Beach. We sold it last summer.

I have never heard of Collage Restaurant so I can't help you out there.

My two favorite restaurants in that area are: Columbia House on St. George Street in the Old City and Saltwater Cowboys on the Beach. Columbia House has always been packed when we've been there. If I remember right, Saltwater Cowboys is closed on Mondays. Its very rustic and on the intercoastal -- the sunsets are amazing! The food is delicious at both places.

My favorite low-key restaurant is Oasis on the beach! I love their fish but they are known for their burgers. They have bands at night and it can get loud! Oasis is always busy but during biker week it is packed!

I am pretty darn familiar with St. Auggie but have not been there in a while and that one is new to me. I will reach out to some locals I know and try and get some 1st hand feed back for ya.

btw .... St. Auggie had a bunch of outstanding restaurants and even with all of the tourist nonsense, is one of my very most fav places.

We were there last June for our anniversary and ate at Collage. It was perfect. Small with a nice ambience, exceptional food and great service. Pricey but worth it. We liked it so much we went back a few days later. Same great experience. Enjoy!
