Default Voting was very easy

Yesterday went to the Sumter County dome building to early-vote, at 1:30. Line was to the curb but moved okay. Was in line for just under one hour. The poll workers and process are very good. Long ballot so recommend researching a bit beforehand.

I sent my ballot in by mail and it was marked as received.

I did find the poll workers very professional and friendly when I voted in the primary.

The line to vote early at Rohan was very long. Left and we will try again tomorrow.

Rohan took us 30 minutes yesterday morning. I am glad I made a cheat sheet of the ballot questions since the printing is darn small.

Just saw a report of a mailbox set on fire in arizona. 20 ballots destroyed. Post Office told to expect more idiots doing that.

OMG! Seriously, just mail it in.

Why would you want to wait in line to vote. Life’s too short !

Don’t forget the extra postage….$1.01 if I’m not mistaken.

Great site for research is vote411.org, created by the League of Women Voters (nonpartisan).

If 20 ballots were destroyed, I wonder how that was determined?

Lol…so partisan. Check the answers for the candidates. Only persons from a certain party answered their questions.

I think you are confused. The refusal to answer says something about the candidate, not the forum. And not all candidates from that party declined to answer.

My wife and I requested and received mail-in ballots. We filled them out beforehand at our leisure. Then, on Tuesday, I took them to one of the voting locations in our county and dropped them off at the ballot box beside the front desk which took about 5 minutes. This seems like the easy way to do it. No more standing in long lines.

The wife and I voted at Laurel Manor yesterday around 12:30. Was in line about 20 minutes. I guess I am old fashion and want to vote in person. Still miss the days when you could pull a leaver.
