Default Walk-in Tub

We purchased a home with one in our guest bathroom, and my granddaughters think it is really neat to use when they come to visit.

As someone said, we never know when we may need one, and I would not pay that kind of money to have it removed. I'm strictly a "shower" person, but someone who loves to take baths might not purchase the home because of the walk-in tub.

It wasn't a deterrent to you when you bought the house so why would you assume that it would be a problem if you resold the house?
