Default Lanai glass enclosure

We are getting quotes on enclosing our lanai with glass doors. I never thought it would be so complicated. I'm looking for anyones experience, both positive and negative. We don't get the sun at all, we face north, so i decided not to get low e glass or thermal glass. We want sliding doors as opposed to windows. What i've seen several applications and was wondering if we might regret getting doors with fixed screens. Since they don't come out it makes kleening the windows tricky, since it has to be done through the screen. Has anyone found this to be ( not a problem?) thanks steve

We used Custom Windows & Design in Leesburg off 441 south of 466A and they are great. Panels easily lift out for cleaning but the outside doesn't need it very often so we do the inside a lot more often. Next time we're going to try Windex that attaches to the hose and spray thru the screen. We have the sunscreen which is 2x thicker than regular screen and we got the stackable sliders so you don't lose that open feeling.

I had T&D Screen Enclosures do our lanai with glass doors. The screens are movable and slide to either side for exterior cleaning. They were high end vinyl doors with low E glass, but they may have other door styles available with a sliding screen. The screens are the same size as each door and they can be locked in position if desired. Check with T&D.

Default Cost?

Can anyone provide a rough approximation at cost for these?
