Not the best with computers.
I go to the talk of the Villages Classifieds section, see something listed that looks interesting, like a chair or whatever, click on the picture of that item, then it goes to a new screen which is blank but mentions that item in the box above. I scroll up down etc., but nothing, no additional pictures, information, nothing.

Obviously I am missing something. I have tried single click, double click?

Any assistance appreciated.

if you have an ad blocker, you need to shut it off.
if that doesn't work, try another browser

I agree, either an Ad blocker, or a setting in your browser (pop-up blocker or similar) is blocking the photos.

Thanks for the tip. Switched browser and now I can spend too much money for things I do not need.
Sometimes if you get what you want, you do not want what you get.
Bottom line, your advice helped and thanks to each of you.
