Default Mystery Trees

My friend recently purchased a house off Powell Rd, and these trees are growing there. Appreciate information on what they might be? I think the first photo is an avocado tree with fruit? The bark is of the deciduous tree, and the orange fluffy thing is a seed pod from same tree
