Has anyone changed their front door? I know there are regs to follow but thought I'd ask the question to anyone who may have done so. Also, anyone with the Anna Maria villa - what type of attic space is there?

Hubby says attic space in our Ana Maria is about 150 sq. feet. You do have to put down some plywood to make it usable and, of course, get some stairs put in.
