Our sale of our Miami home is about to be completed but we just found out that the Gardenia elevation that we picked won't fit on the lot we picked!! --have to start over looking for a new lot.

MayB...

Thoughts and prayers coming your way.

It sounds promising their coming back. I hope you can sell and move to TV before the winter hits.

Best wishes.

The upside is at least someone thinks your home desirable enough to make make an offer!!!!!

The downside is buyers are hoping that people are desparate to accept anything.

Hopefully, someone will come along with a desirable offer.

Best wishes, You only need one good offer.

Negotiating is so in order, especially if they like your house.

My thoughts exactly ... did you make a counter offer?

Default offer

In todays market on offer is exciting!

Many of us went years without one. Def keep the lines of communication open.

As I have posted before in a buyers market they will try an immediate 30% reduction.

Depends how bad you want to move vs moving to TV and being happy.

Consider having to stay and pay taxes mtg upkeep etc.

Glad you got a immediate offer.
