Rec center pools heated to 82 degrees. I was in Collaney Cottage pool today...very comfortable but a chill would come by when the sun went behind the clouds and the breeze picked up....when that happened you just go deeper in the water.

Outside pools heated to 83 or so.

There's a small pool at the physical therapy place on Old Camp Rd. by Lake Sumter. Guess you'd need a referral to use it and not sure how large it is as
I was just told this.
All the outside pools are heated. Rec pools are 84 degrees and the neighborhood/family pools are 83. Was told this by the "pool guy" when he came to service the one at Odell. He said he didn't know why the temp difference.

I hate to differ with you guys but i can tell you that there are two or three people that come to the tierra adult pool all the time and they bring their water thermometer this time of the year. I have never seen any of the thermometers register under 86. In fact 86 seems to be the setting the water thermostat is set at all the time. So i am convinced that these reported temps of 82 , 83, and 84 are not right. At least not for the tierra pool. Just thought i would throw this out for discussion.

Thumbs up YES there is a therapy pool!

Although "new" to the Villages as a resident (March 1) I know of a 90 degree therapy pool @ Lake Centre for Rehab located next to the Sharon Morse building off 441. You would need a Dr refferral for therapy, but you would have a Certified Aquatic instructor with personal attention to your needs. I know this for a fact for I am she
And as everyone else remarked, the outdoor cummunity pools are around 86 degrees which will seem warmer when our weather gets warmer
I hope this helps!!

I really like bathing in heated pools .
They relax your muscles very much and are also used to cure some diseases to .
