Just have her search The Villages For Rent and lots of sites will come up.. I your friend is looking for a winter rental there will be very few available if any unless someone buy a new home to use as a rental. Good luck.

As well as the Villages for rent by owner check out a site that I obviously can’t put on here (because I tried and the algorithms killed it) but V//R)!!B//O. Be ready to pay $150 a day during Jan -Mar 2023. Looking at $5k or so @month
