Default We're on the way

We're very exciting to be leaving bright and early tomorrow morning, driving from Kansas for our first trip to the villages. Hope we can make it in three days of driving. We've rented a lovely home in Sunset Pointe for one month and can hardly wait to get there. (If you see my wife driving the golf cart, dive for cover.)

You are going to have a wonderful month here. Bet you decide to buy!

Anyhow, what part of Kansas are you from? I have some relatives in Mitchell County.

Have a safe trip down. From what I've read here about golf cart drivers, I think I'll be wearing my construction contractor's helmut!
I lived in Manhattan, KS for a very short while. Are you near there?

We're in Hutchinson, right in the middle of the state. Although Capt, my daughter is going to K State in Manhattan so I'm there often. Beautiful place, unlike Hutchinson, lol.

I've not been to Mitchell County that I can recall.

Yes, we finally did. We ended up with a house bigger than we need, but wanted to get in the south half since Spanish Springs is closed for the month. Sure appreciate your help.

Safe travels to you on your drive to TV and have a fantastic month in TV. I will wave to you from the golf cart paths from June 8-17.
