Default What a difference a day makes in Fernandina

Hi all,
Rona and I now have a slab of concrete to call our own.. Hoping for more to come. But this is what we have as of today. Yesterday was dirt and today it is concrete... Tomorrow, maybe a block wall to keep the wind out.
We will keep posting. Hope to meet everyone up close and personal soon.
Thank you all for the unbelievably useful and informative information..
And a special thanks to our new and existing friends for taking the time to send us pictures of our dream.
Please please keep it coming as it is soooooooooo exciting and useful. ..
Bill and Rona

Good looking slab Bill. Now it's upward and onward. We'll be there in a couple of weeks and I'll start snapping daily shots for you

I agree there should be almost daily progress on your home now. I have had some wonderful communications with your lovely wife on this forum. Looking forward to meeting you both. Congratulations and Happy Holidays.

Good looking block Bill. You watch . . . they'll put them all up in one day. It's absolutely amazing. What kind of stretches are you doing? And how is the rehab on your Jersey water front house coming?
