Anyone know what is going into that location. All the windows are boarded and BB&T sign is gone.

BB&T merged with SunTrust = Together in one now known as Truist. Some facilities are no longer needed, such as the one you are referring to.

Building is being remodeled. Nothing in the construction news about it.
In Southern Trace Plaza, where the China Buffet was. Now the store is split down the middle and has two entries. Nothing in the construction news about that either. Anyone know about that?

They are going to close lots of branches and actually surprised it has taken so long to start doing so.

Now that so much of banking is easily done online less and less reason to actual go into a branch.

I predict in 10 years banks will go the way of the phone booth and currency’s will be gone also. Everything will be electronic with iPhone chip in bedded in you’re ear. That way every penny can be traced. No under table money changing hands, no black market, no cartel’s cause everything can be traced to 1 yard area on earth.
