Default North vs South

Just got the Developers recent real estate report.

I was under the assumption the line for North vs South was RT44 - it seems its 466A.

All the rest estate activity for south of 44/the turnpike is grouped under the Brownwood real estate report. Even in the “what’s new” for Brownwood is Sawgrass Grove.

Looks like some (between 466a and 44) may need to change sides.

I thought the line was El Camino Real.

Another major issue? Sometimes I just wonder……

For many of us, south is now South of the Turnpike. By the time all the developer land is finished, it will be further from the turnpike to the most southern point than it is from the turnpike to the most northern point.

Oh Noes! Now I'm "Souther Scum"? (I say, I say, that's a joke, son!)

Wait, I've live South of the Mason Dixon Line (in MD) my entire life, yet the people in the north think I'm southern and those in the south think I'm a Yankee...

I'm so confused!

The funny thing is that many “southerners” have no idea where El Camino Real is!

As The Villages continues to push to the south, I expect to see a cart path someday that comes to a fork...right for Tampa, left for Orlando.

Remember what Yogi Berra said. When you come to a fork in the road take it!
